Once upon a time witches were not even called witches, they were called WOMEN.The only true proven healers of this earth realm, the women who knew the purpose and name of every flower, plant and insect on this earth. She could predict the weather a week ahead of time. She was the midwife who knew the importance of the placenta(the forgotten chakra) and assisted women during birth at home long before westernized civilization came along and started doing more harm than good. She knew that the ocean was a giant library of history books that had no beginning or end and that a tree was the best listener and therapist you will ever find. She bled every month without dying and could nurture the most healthiest children from her breast alone. She knew how to see without eyes to read your mind and and knew exactly where to touch your body to ease the pain. She had a green thumb and grew her own food to feed her family/community and her intuition told her what others were going to say before they even knew it themselves. She was best friends with the moon, gave thanks to the sun, knew the placements of the planets and stars and could talk to the animals. Any and all things she touched Came to LIFE. All women have these natural abilities and we have been stoned, shunned, and burned by men and even women alike who wouldn't even know God if they looked at their own reflection in the mirror. I love the lavish privilege I have of being a woman.
